FILIPINO RECIPE ~ TOKWA NA GARLIC SOUP ~

PINOY TOKWA NA GARLIC SOUP INGREDIENTS

1 tsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 squares tokwa, cubed
5 cups soup stock
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped kinchay
4 eggs

PINOY TOKWA NA GARLIC SOUP PROCEDURE

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan then saute the garlic and tokwa until brown.
  • Add the soup stock and bring to a boil. Season to taste.
  • Add chopped kinchay. Ladle the hot soup into bowls or cups and add one raw egg to every serving.
