FILIPINO RECIPE ~ TINOLA BEEFSTEAK ~

PINOY TINOLA BEEFSTEAK INGREDIENTS

1/2 kilo beef tenderloin or sirloin, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsps. oil
1/2 tbsps. chopped garlic
1 onion, chopped
2 tsps. chopped ginger
1 tbsps. butter
3 pieces potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 small green papaya, cooked and cubed

PINOY TINOLA BEEFSTEAK PROCEDURE

  • Season the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a skillet then saute the garlic, onions, and ginger. Add some butter and the seasoned beef.
  • Pan fry the beef on both sides then add the potatoes and papaya.
  • Cook until heated through.
