PINOY SALPICADO

FILIPINO RECIPE ~ SALPICADO ~

Saute this dish over very high heat, but take care not to burn the garlic. This helps seal in the juices for the tenderloin tips.

PINOY SALPICADO INGREDIENTS

3 tbsps. olive oil
2 tbsps. butter
2 tbsps. chopped onion
3 tbsps. thin garlic chips
1 cup beef tenderloin tips
a dash cayenne pepper
1 tsp. paprika bilbao
1 piece finger chili
2 tbsps. white wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

PINOY SALPICADO PROCEDURE

  • Heat oil and butter in pan and saute onion and garlic. Add tenderloin tips and continue sauteing for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with cayenne, paprika and chili. Add white wine, salt and pepper.
