FILIPINO RECIPE ~ PANSIT BUKO GUISADO ~

PINOY PANSIT BUKO GUISADO INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 onions, chopped
100 grams smal lshrimps, peeled
100 grams pork, diced
2 cups shredded buko
3 cups chicken broth
1 carrot,cut julienne
1 small head cabbage, shredded
Patis and pepper to taste
Crushed chicharon
Sliced boiled egg
Chopped kinchay

PINOY PANSIT BUKO GUISADO PROCEDURE

  • Heat oil in a pan then saute the garlic and Onions.
  • Add shrimps and pork. Cook until done.
  • In a saucepan, boil the buko in the chicken broth for a few minutes. Drain then add the buko to the sauteed mixture.
  • Add carrots and cabbage. Season to taste.
  • Serve topped wih chicharon, sliced egg, and kinchay.
