PINOY NONSTOP PEANUTS INGREDIENTS

1/2 kilo raw peanuts, shelled
2 tsps. salt
2 tsps. garlic powder
1 tsp. ngo-hiong
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsps. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger powder
1 cup cornstarch
1 to 2 egg whites
Oil for deep-frying

PINOY NONSTOP PEANUTS PROCEDURE

  • Mix the first time ingredients together. Dust with cornstarch, then deep-fry. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
