PINOY KINILAW NA SUAJE INGREDIENTS
1/4 kilo live suaje
1 cup julienned
green mango
1 tbsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. grated ginger
PINOY KINILAW NA SUAJE PROCEDURE
- Combine all ingredients. Serve with Vinegar Dip.
VINEGAR DIP:
Combine the following ingredients in a bowl then mix until well-blended:
1/2 cup vinegar (Ilocano cane or basi)
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsps. finely chopped sibuyas tagalog (shallots)
3 pieces siling labuyo, chopped
TIP: The sweet taste of the Ilocano vinegar compliments the sweetness of the live suaje.
