FILIPINO RECIPE ~ KESON PUTI AL AJILLO ~

Kesong puti is made from carabao’s milk cooked with salut and vinegar until curdled. It is then molded and wrapped in banana leaves.

PINOY KESONG PUTI AL AJILLO INGREDIENTS

1 tsp. olive oil or salad oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
2-3 squares kesong puti
biscocho

PINOY KESONG PUTI AL AJILLO PROCEDURE

  • Heat the oil then saute the garlic until lightly browned.
  • Remove the garlic. Add the cheese.
  • Pan-fry in the hot oil but be careful not to burn or mash it.
  • Transfer to a plate and top with toasted garlic.
  • Serve with biscocho
