FILIPINO RECIPE ~ KESON PUTI AL AJILLO ~
Kesong puti is made from carabao’s milk cooked with salut and vinegar until curdled. It is then molded and wrapped in banana leaves.
PINOY KESONG PUTI AL AJILLO INGREDIENTS
1 tsp. olive oil or salad oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
2-3 squares kesong puti

PINOY KESONG PUTI AL AJILLO PROCEDURE
- Heat the oil then saute the garlic until lightly browned.
- Remove the garlic. Add the cheese.
- Pan-fry in the hot oil but be careful not to burn or mash it.
- Transfer to a plate and top with toasted garlic.
- Serve with biscocho
