PINOY HOT CHOCOLATE
FILIPINO RECIPE ~ HOT CHOCOLATE ~
Make you hot chocolate rich and thick by adding creamy peanut butter tehn whip it up with a batidor until fluffy.
PINOY HOT CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup brown sugar
3-4 cups water
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup cream or milk
PINOY HOT CHOCOLATE PROCEDURE
- In a saucepan, dissolve the cocoa and brown sugar in water. Bring to a boil then lower the heat.
- Add the peanut butter. Stir to blend then simmer and beat with a wire whisk or batidor to make frothy.
- Add the milk or cream. Add sugar if needed.
- Serve hot and thick.
