PINOY GREEN MANGO SALAD INGREDIENTS
2 pieces green mango
1 medium size singkamas
2 pieces tomato
1 small onions, chopped
Chopped kinchay
Bagoong alamang guisado
PINOY GREEN MANGO SALAD PROCEDURE
- Peel and cut the mangoes and singkamas into strips.
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Combine the vegetables and sprinkle with chopped kinchay.
- Serve topped with bagoong alamang.
TIP IN EXTRACTIG FLAVORS FROM FRUITS AND VEGETABLES:
- To get more juice, flavor and aroma from citrus fruits like lemon, lime, orange and kalamansi, dip them for a few seconds in hot water before using. Do the same for vegetables like celery, leeks, parsley, kinchay, etc. Dip the stems in hot water for a few seconds until they turn a darker green. The flavor will be more intense, giving better taste when used for salads, sauces, and gas topping for dishes.
