PINOY GOAT STEW INGREDIENTS
1 kilo goat meat (neck and breast)
1 large onion (quartered)
1 head garlic (crushed)
1 taro (gabi)
1 carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
PINOY GOAT STEW PROCEDURE
- In a casserole, boil the goat meat with enough water to cover. Season with salt and pepper according to taste. When very tender (usually half of the water has evaporated), simmer then drop the taro and carrot cut into 1 inch length until cooked. Serve hot!
