Tired of the same old pork and chicken barbecue? Why not try one made with ground meat? Flavor some minced meat then skewer them on sticks adn grill until done.
PINOY GINILING BARBECUE INGREDIENTS
200 grams ground pork
1 onion, chopped
2 tsps. chopped kinchay
1 red bell pepper, chopped
Soy sauce and pepper to taste
2 eggs
Vinegar and siling labuyo
PINOY GINILING BARBECUE PROCEDURE
- Combine the ground pork, onions, kinchay, bell pepper, soy sauce, and pepper.
- Add eggs and blend well. Roll into balls on the barbecue sticks.
- Broil over hot charcoal. Serve with vinegar and siling labuyo sauce.
