PINOY GARLIC CHILI PASTE FOR SIOMAI INGREDIENTS
1 cup red chili chopped finely
1 cup garlic chopped finely
1-2 cup cooking oil
PINOY GARLIC CHILI PASTE FOR SIOMAI PROCEDURE
- Place in saucepan, heat very slowly on low flame till everything browns. Stir.
TIP: It just looks like paste because they took the oil out. The oil is far more flavorful than the paste.
