PINOY CHICKEN BARBECUE INGREDIENTS
1 kilo deboned chicken breasts
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2-inch piece of ginger, minced
PINOY CHICKEN BARBECUE PROCEDURE
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, salt, ground pepper, garlic powder and ginger. Mix well.
- Marinate chicken breasts. in this mixture for 1-2 hours. Remove meat and save marinade for later use.
- Grill both sides of chicken breasts over live coals until done. While grilling, baste chicken occassionally with soy sauce marinade to keep the meat from drying.
- Serve chicken barbecue with java rice and achara.
