PINOY ADOBONG LECHON PORK PATA INGREDIENTS

1 kilo pork pata
1 head garlic, crushed
2 tbsps. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1 bottle lechon sauce
Friend saba bananas

PINOY ADOBONG LECHON PORK PATA PROCEDURE

  • Wash the pata then cut into three parts. Braise and tenderize in a saucepan with the garlic, soy sauce, pepper, vinegar, and water.
  • Cook until very tender and the fat is rendered. Add the lechon sauce. If sauce is too thick, add more water.
  • Simmer for a few minutes then serve with some fried saba bananas.
