HOT AND SOUR TOFU SOUP INGREDIENTS

4 1/2 chicken stock
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
125g. firms tofu, cut into 1 cm cubes
1 egg white, beaten
4 lettuce leaves, shredded

HOT AND SOUR TOFU SOUP PROCEDURE

• Blend stock with cornstarch and bring to a boil. Add ginger, sherry, soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.

• Add tofu and simmer for another 3 minutes. Slowly pour beaten egg white. Stir.

• Garnish with shredded lettuce leaves.

PINOY GREEN MANGO JUICE INGREDIENTS

2 pieces green mangoes
1 cup sugar
3 cups shaved ice

PINOY GREEN MANGO JUICE PROCEDURE

• Peel one mango then cube.

• Place it in the blender and puree until mushy.

• Add sugar and shaved ice.

• Pour into glasses. Use the other green mango to make garnishing for the drink.
