GINATAANG ULO NG TUNA

GINATAANG ULO NG TUNA INGREDIENTS:

1 kilo Tuna head
2 cloves Garlic chopped
1 tbs Ginger chopped
1 head Onion slice
1 1/2 tbs ground Pepper
2 pcs siling labuyo chopped
1 green pepper
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbs vinegar
1 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tbs salt

GINATAANG ULO NG TUNA PROCEDURES:

combine all ingredients in casserole except coconut milk bring to boil for about 5 minutes. Then put coconut milk let boil until thicken the sauce.
