BURONG MANGGA INGREDIENTS:
2 green mango, medium sized
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp. salt
1 pc. red pepper
BURONG MANGGA PROCEDURES:
Slice thinly the green mango.
Chop the pepper. Add water and sugar then let it boil.
When almost cooked, add green mango, red pepper and salt. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Serve.
Burong mangga is also known Atsarang mangga.
