PINOY BANANA CHIPS INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sugar
5 cups water
4 tbsp salt
Flavoring: onion powder,
garlic powder or cheese powder
PINOY BANANA CHIPS PROCEDURES:
1.Wash and peel green matured banana
2. Slice into chips, soak in solution for 8 minutes
3. Drain, wipe to remove excess liquid by spreading on filter sheets
4. Fry in cooking oil heated to 200 oC for 3 to 5 minutes, cool.
5. Dust with cheese powder or any flavoring as you wish
6. Pack in containers
A quick reminder: longer soaking time will result in the cracking of the unfried slices
